Adventures of the Kai - print status?

Post by skywalker » Mon Feb 13, 2017 8:30 pm

Does anyone have any knowledge of when Adventures of the Kai will be released in print? I ordered in late, but that was still over 6 months ago. It seems to have dropped off the KS updates as well.

Hiyas!

A printed version would be swell 8-) - I thought it would only be in PDf form...

Might have something to do with a changed contract status due to the death of Joe Dever. The lawyers might well be sorting out what happens to the IP and what the new owners (inheritors) are going to do with it.

in italy heroes of magnamund and adventures were released in 2016 as a single box set with a new map , action charts for all the new classes and a new equipment list .It still worries me lhe lack of inititive shown by cubicle , aren't they able to do the same for english customers or simply give informations?

My guess is two different contracts with two different publishers in two different countries. BTW I'm still waiting on Cthulhu Tales that was due out last August from C7 and there's only been one, maybe two, updates since then.

I don't know but it would be really useful to have action charts for every class or at least a generic one in the download section of cubicle site

Make an action chart yourself and post a link to a Dropbox or G+drive here then.

According to C7, they are still trying to chose the paper weight for the book, so it hasn't yet even gone to print.

I assume they are trying to determine how light they can go without impacting the colour interior too much.

Two months on and still no word. 8 months is starting to feel a little long in the tooth.
