I was wondering if the marvel creation rules from the 2nd ed supplement can be used as they are, or need modifying in any way?

We've simplified it in the latest edition, but I don't see why you couldn't use the Marvels rules (you may have to substitute a skill name or two).

Marvels do have a slightly different format in 3rd ed, so I am not quite sure how you work out Build points etc, but I do like the flexibility the 2nd ed brought to creating literally anything. Perhaps the build cost should be based on the black die penalty, maybe 1 BP per 3 black dice?
