Using the Celestial Engine

Post by Nukenin » Tue Jul 16, 2013 4:25 pm

Hey there! I' m reading through the new edition right now and as a Victoriana first-timer, I' m in need of a clarification:

Do Templars receive a black dice penalty when magic is used on them, or when they use magic? Or both? Same with Liberators.

Thanks!

Hello!

The wording is confusing - thanks for bringing it to our attention. I believe it will be fixed in the print copy and the next pdf update.

Your answer is 'both.'

Thanks!

Great, thank you! Would you also please change "Beezlebub" in the listing on page 37 to "Beelzebub"? :)

That would be Beez le Bub, the French Demon

More seriously and unfortunately, the book is being printed as I type.

lol ...

Alright, back to being serious. I found another one on page 204, left column in the third paragraph of the example: "She also takes a 4 black die Penalty for being attacked but not her." I suppose that should be "hurt"? :)

Maybe you can still change it in the pdf Version.

Now you're just hurting me....

Seriously, though, thank you. Any hardcopy edits at this point are limited to 'errata' and 'second printing.'
