Public Service Announcement: Hobbit Tales

Jon Hodgson posted:
Hobbit Tales in it's current form is done! We have no plans to reprint it. Games have a life span, and Hobbit Tales' is complete.

We are talking about the applications it had as a journey assistant for the LM, so that may make a reappearance at some point, but it's very early days!

Well that's sad. Guess I should have gone ahead and gotten it a while back.

Look around. Even if Cubicle 7 is sold out, you can probably turn up a copy of Hobbit Tales somewhere. I'm sure a few shops and online retailers still have it available.

I have been using Hobbit Tales in TOR, but got tired of carrying my "Balrog Box" (a pencil cup that I covered with artwork of The Balrog, laminated, and placed within my card-shielded Adventure Cards for ease of use) with all of my TOR books back and forth from my home to my store. So, I created a table document with the Adventure Card text and icon meanings on it for easy portability...the only thing missing is the beautiful and inspirational artwork.

Now, what is the purpose of my post, you ask? Well, as Hobbit Tales is out-of-print and seemingly unavailable (I no longer have a copy for sale and cannot get a copy from any of my distributors), would it be permissable to post a link to the document for general use?

I await Cubicle 7's response. Until that time, "not a single squib or cracker [will be] forthcoming, to the disappointment of the onlookers."
