I'm not sure, but I was thinking of simply describing being in its presence as uplifting and that if you spend some time bathed in its light it will remove a level of exhaustion.

It is an intriguing possibility, though I would think that if that had been the case then the White Council might have found it after Sauron fled back to Mordor--unless he took it with him.
