Starting Equipment: I'm missing something here

Standard of Living determines starting equipment (p147). You get more equipment based on Culture and Class. But I can't find a list of starting equipment.

Or does the annual Standard of Living table serve as your starting funds for equipping one's self?

1st-level characters start out with the bonus equipment given for their Culture plus the equipment granted them by their Class in accordance with their standard of living. Any other starting equipment must normally be purchased using the characters' starting money as determined by their standard of living.

If a character is starting out at 4th level or higher then the open virtue Cultural Reward may be taken.

Under Slayer, the equipment listings for Poor and Frugal seem to be mislabeled. If I am correct then they should read:
Poor: A greataxe and hide armour.
Frugal: Any martial weapon and hide armour, a spear, two
hand axes.
DR. MANHATTAN: I'm leaving this galaxy for one less complicated.
OZYMANDIAS: But you'd regained interest in human life...
DR. MANHATTAN: Yes, I have. I think perhaps I'll create some. Goodbye, Adrian.

So where is starting money based on Standard of Living? I don't see it under Standards nor under Classes.

In each Culture's bonus equipment there is a certain amount of coinage. Higher Standards of Living are more likely to have more coins.

And that servers as your starting funds. OK, that makes sense.

And don't forget that traveling gear "includes all the typical belongings that [the companions] carry [for the current season] when traveling, in addition to their weapons and armour." That would include a set of clothes appropriate to the season, personal effects, water, a weeks worth of rations, etc. See page 154 of the Player's Guide.
DR. MANHATTAN: I'm leaving this galaxy for one less complicated.
OZYMANDIAS: But you'd regained interest in human life...
DR. MANHATTAN: Yes, I have. I think perhaps I'll create some. Goodbye, Adrian.

This is what I've decided for our game, based on the Player's Guide rules:

TRAVELLING GEAR
Summer (44 lbs.), winter (53 lbs.)
Traveler’s clothes (4 lbs.) (summer)/Traveler’s clothes (8 lbs.) (winter)
Pouch (1 lb.)
Backpack (5 lbs.)
Blanket (3 lbs.) (summer)/Bedroll (7 lbs.) (winter)
Travel pots & pans (1 lb.)
Flask of oil (1 lb.)
Tinderbox (1 lb.)
Rope, 50’ hemp (10 lbs.)
Waterskin (5 lbs.)
Rations, 7 days (14 lbs.)
Whetstone ( - )

+Cultural gear as described

Fine, though not every Hero is likely to feel the need to carry pots and pans (for example). And leave room for other individual choices such as grooming implements, a cameo of a loved one, musical instruments, artisan's tools, and so on. A wealthy Hero with a manservant (page, porter, esquire, etc.) might find it unthinkable to travel without a two-person tent. Which, by the way, reminds me of a scene from the 1973 The Three Musketeers:

SEA CAPTAIN: But this pass is only for one person.
D'ARTAGNAN: I am only one person. [indicating Planchet] This is a servant!
DR. MANHATTAN: I'm leaving this galaxy for one less complicated.
OZYMANDIAS: But you'd regained interest in human life...
DR. MANHATTAN: Yes, I have. I think perhaps I'll create some. Goodbye, Adrian.
