Having just asked about using older CoC rules, that does not mean that I'm not quite keen on diving into the Cold War with Mythos threads lurking out there!
Is anyone running a game via Roll20 or other online means? I plan on starting up a local game soon, but might be convinced to move it to Roll20 to expand the number of players...
Thanks!
SO, anyone running a campaign via Roll20 or such yet??

I've run WWC-CW games in the past but always FTF. The issue you may have is getting players on the right page. By that i mean that they should be trying to play a game that mimic Le Carre's The Spy who came in from the Cold and not Jason Bourne, The Americans rather than The Professionals. Players that fail to get into the right mindset for the game will give you all manner of issues to cope with. If they want cinematic spy thriller then scrap WWC-CW and go for Night's Black Agents and GUMSHOE by Pelgrane Press.

I'm not running WWC:Cold War (yet) but I am in the process of moving my WWC:Darkest Hour campaign over to Roll20 after about 20 session via Tabletop Simulator.
