Iron Body gift says, that player gets his bonus whenever he has to take a blow. What does this mean? =)

Essentially its saying you can activate the gift when your character gets hit.
They might not need to take damage (if armour nullifies the damage for instance), but they should suffer a blow

The bonus you get should then be applied like any other gift to an appropriate roll.
In this case I'd suggest the most appropriate would be any test to resist the effects of a wound.
This might be a Vigour test to avoid a major wound (p148) or a roll to stay conscious during a fight.
The GM might allow it to add to a Parry attempt.

Given you only get to use a gift once per game session,
and it is always up to the player as to whether they actually invoke the gift when the opportunity arises,
this sort of gift is best saved until you know you need it rather than spent the first time you get hit.

Hope that makes sense! :)
