Archetypes and Abilities

I love the flexibility of Archetypes, allowing each player to create pretty much any type of adventurer. The only thing I am not keen is having to define your 10 Abilities in advance, effectively creating your own class. Personally so long as the conditions for each Archetype are adhered to (a Alchemist only being able to choose 2 martial abilities for example), I would allow players to choose each time they gain a new rank, and let them grow organically.
