PDF Outlines/Bookmarks

Howdy, I just bought The Loremaster's Guide and Wilderland Adventures Guidebook from RPGdrivetru and when I downloaded them, they do not have a table of contents imbeded which makes it really hard to refer to. Is there anything I can do to get it?

What PDF reading program are you using? For example, I see a full Table of Contents {bookmarks} in iBooks and Acrobat...
