How long should I wait for customer support?

Hi,

I sent an email to info at cubicle over a week ago to query a pre-order which is a month overdue. I resent the message again 2 days ago and still haven't received a reply or acknowledgement. As much as I love you guys, I'm beginning to think that the hassles I've had with pre-ordering (this isn't the first time I've had issues) just isn't worth it :(

I was also in an e-mail exchange regarding Orders 14898 and 15875, however, the issue wasn't solved for weeks. Could you look it up, please?

Your book was shipped two weeks ago, Omenstar. If it doesn't show up by early next week, we'll have to look into replacing it.
