Order to Russia

Post by castresana » Wed Mar 07, 2018 9:43 pm

Hello!
First I want to congratulate all of you for the amazing work you're doing! Thank you all!!

I just wanted to ask, a few days ago (March 5th, night time) I made an order, and I sent an email around 12 hours later (around noon I believe) about an address change.
I still haven't received any answer, I would like to know if the address change was applied or if I should cancel and redo the order to make sure that the address is updated.
Thank you very much!!

Best regards,
Castresana, the family

Hi Castresana,

I would recommend to send an email to Cubicle 7.
They usually react much faster that way.

Good luck!

To clarify: I am by no means an official, just a fan. But sending an email is usually the answer that is given by the people from Cubicle 7. They respond as quick as possible, which usually is within a day or so.

They have had an overwhelming amount of orders because of releases earlier this week. So my guess is that they are pretty busy and that could be why it might take a little longer to respond. However, I am merely speculating.

You can always send them another email explaining your situation, if you feel that it takes too long.
