New scenarios and resources?

Post by Anathar » Wed May 21, 2014 7:55 pm

Hi all,

Just curious if C7 are intending to release any extra resources or scenarios that are original (non-translated) or are looking for submissions for QIN short adventures, similar to those for Dr Who, Rocket Age and Victoriana?

The short answer is yes. :)

We plan to release as much support as we can for all the translation lines.
The only problem is that time spent looking over and writing new adventures is time taken from working on the books.
However, we are still managing to slot in more support where we can.

If you'd like to send us something we'd be interested to see it.
Make sure it is in plain text as while fonts and format look pretty they all have to be removed before layout :)
Currently we'd be interested in short adventures, around 3-5,000 words.
It might take a little while to get to them (I have a growing Yggdrasill pile) but get to them we shall.

Where should submissions be sent to for consideration?

You can drop them to me! :)
Send me a PM with a rough idea and I can tell you if it sounds like what we're after,
and give you a proper address to sent it to.

Generally for submissions we prefer .rtf or .doc files
Adventures should be about 3,000-5,000 words long.
Also, plain text! Any columns, pretty graphics, strange fonts and the like just get in the way.
It all have to be removed for layout so if anything a pretty document damages your chances :)
Art is nice, and we'd like to see it,
but Jon deals with all that so art submissions should go to him.
