Primeval Companion

Does the primeval companion include extinction events in it's list of natural disasters? If so are they scalable?

Extinction Events are not listed. The Companion does include very nice rules for scaling environmental hazards, all the way up to Lethal at 5/10/15! Depending on your view of how extinction events occur you could combine several environmental hazards at once, or simply rule that the party is extinct.
