In the article with the interview with Dom there was a release date mentioned: May 2018... That would be awesome :)

It will be great to Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay back. Curious what they will do system wise. It is obviously great to see Enemy Within coming back.

Yes, I'm curious, too! After reading the article with Dom's explanations I'm more curious ;)
It's great that they will make changes to the system and I'm very excited to get a glimpse in the coming weeks and months (By Sigmar! Months?!). I hope that they don't bundle up the Attributes as in Zweihänder. No WS and BS only a Combat Skill, no Strength and Toughness only Brawn. Okay, this reduces the number of Attributes but that makes the characters more uniform. I played a character once that had a great WS but only a low BS. But it was perfect, he was an follower of Ulric :)

About the release date: There will be a starter set and a core rulebook - will they be released at the same time? Or first the starter set?
And will the PDF will be earlier available as it is with other products from Cubicle?

indeed! it's also spaced enough from the AOSRP that I don't have issue buying both... though I'm still worried they do the AOSRP too sigmarite (not even order, just on Sigmar's flock) focused.

I thought I'd read every article...but I don't recall one that said May 2018. I do recall one that had said spring of 2018, but the more recent news of "mid-2018" has me believing that they may still be finalizing that date...

Absolutely correct. Don’t remember where I read this date... But we can still hoping ;)

Anyone interested in a weekly 2nd edition game via Roll20 in the meantime? :D

Considering this was originally announced as coming out last year it would be nice if they could be a little more communicative about the current status.

Maybe show of sample characters, talk about differences between it and 1st Ed WFRP, 2nd Ed WFRP, The one that will not be named, and/or Zweihander to help keep people interested.

I would if I had time, but I'm already currently running a 2nd edition game. :( If only I had more time! LOL
