Are these old IDs or has registration been re-opened today?
These are old ones that are only now starting to post spam - all this morning's offenders have now been banned (so far anyway).

Aaaaaaand we're back open for new business.

I've installed a new anti spammer measure. We'll see how that works out. Ultimately the tricky part is that a lot of spam accounts are run by humans, so it's tough to keep them out with anti-robot measures.

We empathise with you, humans who are forced to do the work of robots by economic circumstances in your locale. But we still have to make your day even more difficult.

I'm sure the forum Spam Cops / Rangers / Bounders / Wardens will keep the forum borders and heartlands as clean as they possibly can!

So far, it's only been a couple of Kitchen spammers - easy to deal with. If it stays at that level, we'll be fine. 8-)

That's how it first started... "just" Kitchen Spammers. Then it escalated. Suspect the same will happen again; history repeats itself, after all. We stand ready though!

Once one blocks China, Turkey, Serbia, and North Korea, one gets quite a drop in both human and spambot spammers.

Just want to say thanks for opening the registration again on my request, sorry that I apparantly brought vermin with me. So annoying that people cant let us have nice things.

They've gone from Kitchen spammers to Wig spammers. The world is a weird place.
Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.
