Uh... I hope this can be used as a continuation to Tales from Wilderland. SPOILER ALERT!!! My PCs could not stop the Gibbet King nor the Dragon... so they are coming from the North. And I was hoping the Shadow could use these 2 forces to destroy Erebor and Dale... or even more... Ha! That’s awesome.

I'm contemplating a design for a magic system for TOR, and I want to catalog all examples of "spells" being used in the source texts. Does anybody know of such a compilation already existing?

Having worked on Francesco's early TOR drafts and especially on stats and things such as the weapon values, monsters, cultural virtues and designing the cultural rewards, I have to say this calculator is quite impressive. I didn't use the same parameters for the balancing of weapons, but it go...

Also, I don't mean simply "imagining" it but also experiencing, through simple TOR-like mechanics, all the dangers and fears of underground travel: getting lost, backtracking, running out of torches, getting separated, leaping dreadful gaps, etc.
