Re: gaining shadow points and player's actions

In AiME it is assumed that player Character's are enemies of the Shadow. They might be greedy enemies like Thorin, or conflicted enemies like Boromir or Turin Turambar. but they are still going to fight the Shadow. If players don't like that, this may not be the best system for them. However... Shad...

Re: Audiences without the Cultural Attitudes

With all due respect, OP’s do not own and do not control the content of threads they start. You are not interested in being persuaded of other approaches; we got that. But your question has sparked a discussion. Feel free to ignore posts that you don’t find interesting. Indeed. Threads are not just...

Re: Audiences without the Cultural Attitudes

For my part I think overcoming ingrained cultural prejudices is something I look forward to. Just like fighting Orcs, Trolls, and Dragons, it's something that I can do a lot easier in a game than in real life! ;) Seriously though. In the Ledgendarium, being divided and prejudiced always resulted in ...

Re: Do any Loremaster allow spending inspiration after a failed roll?

My group has always allowed inspiration 'after the d20 is rolled, but before the roll is declared a hit or miss', just like the 'Luck' feat in 5e. Very Exciting!!

I hope that is the cover.

Love that you are releasing it as a joint AiMe/TOR product. Hopefully, once AiMe catches up, all the products will be joint products.
This is my hope too.

The Rhovanion Regional Guide describes the Spirit-warg ability as "akin to the Beornings", so I would say yes, they take damage. I would view it as a reskinned (no pun intended) Beorning ability.
It's a shame.

You should have definitely intended that pun. :D

Re: Legendary ME Weapons

I would think it's probably due to there not being a mention of dwarven weapons being crafted for the destruction of a certain enemy. I could be wrong but I can't think of any. Both other kinds of weapons have a specific example(s) of banes. I think this is likely true. I think there were dwarven a...
