Re: Release schedule

Nobody outside of C7 knows, but that seems to be a sensible assumption to make.

Re: Bree

I am sad that Bree is going to cover so little ground, though I get it is not dissimilar to Lake-Town as a hub for adventures and more adventures are always appreciated.

Fingers crossed that there is an upcoming Shire book covering Western Eriador.

Re: Do you own both TOR and AiME?

I own TOR and the two AiMe books released so far but won't buy any more of the latter. Me too. I may pick up Tales from Wilderland in PDF if I end up running it using AiME, just for ease of reference, but the PG and AiME have given me enough to run using that system, but I will be using TOR for any...

Re: Adventures of the Kai - print status?

According to C7, they are still trying to chose the paper weight for the book, so it hasn't yet even gone to print.

I assume they are trying to determine how light they can go without impacting the colour interior too much.

Adventures of the Kai - print status?

Does anyone have any knowledge of when Adventures of the Kai will be released in print? I ordered in late, but that was still over 6 months ago. It seems to have dropped off the KS updates as well.

Re: Your personal wishlist for TOR books

I would personally like:

Region Books
- Bree and Western Eriador
- Moria and Lothlorien
- Gondor
- Mordor
and an adventure book for each.

Campaign Books
- Errantries of the King
- War of the Ring

Re: Open Virtue Undertaking

This seemed like an official option to increase Virtue use, given that Ability Score Increases tend to dominate. I personally would not use the Open Virtue Undertaking, but would allow the Cultural Virtue Undertaking when a PC of a particular Culture spend a Fellowship Phase at a Sanctuary of the sa...

Re: Loremaster's Guide [Cover... and a little news]

There continues to be some odd loose ends though. The section on Exhaustion seems wasted, in that it repeats the rules from 5e but doesn't provide any of the clarification that was sought i.e. unflagging saying level 1 exhaustion imposes a -1 to rolls. Also, it repeats that Exhaustion is recovered ...

Re: Loremaster's Guide [Cover... and a little news]

I have skimmed through it and it looks great. A good chunk of the Laketown sourcebook made it in, as did the magic item rules from Rivendell. There is loads of cool sections in there, such as the one expanding audiences, journeys, and discussing magic. There are also optional rules for three of the ...
