Re: Wilderland Adventures Cover!

All I have to say is that it is extremely well done, and reminds me of Angus McBride, but I like it better.

Re: The One Ring online Character Generator and Sheet, updat

This resource is awesome. It contains just enough info. to create a character, while still encouraging people to buy the books and play the game. Sincerely appreciated!

Re: Different Shadow Weakness for Leader Calling?

Despair: dəˈsper/noun 1. the complete loss or absence of hope. Since Hope is big in this game, to me the loss of hope is the worst thing a PC can experience. Tormented seems to indicate a kind of internal conflict. It means you can't get away from this awful feeling that you screwed up . . . but you...

Re: Different Shadow Weakness for Leader Calling?

I agree, I wish that the Leader Calling had a different Shadow Weakness than the Warden. Of course, a Leader could be tempted to power, but I think the self doubt is so much cooler. Re: Are the new Cultures balanced?

I absolutely think the new cultures are balanced. If anything, I was thinking that like the Dunlendings, the Men of Bree are almost too good. Both of those cultures seem like not much to get excited about, until you look at them closely, and see that they are very, very good. They both have abilitie...

Re: A Company of the Same/Similar Culture

My main fellowship are "The Kings Men", composed of four Bardings. The secondary fellowship are "The Hunters", two Beornings and two Woodmen. They are played by the same players in The Darkening campaign: some events are encountered by the first fellowship, others by the latter. My impressions? Ver...

Totally agreed. I always thought there needed to be more incentive to train a secondary weapon. Really glad this is in the rules now. Now it just adds an interesting option for character development, rather than power gaming... well done.
